Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using LightMove.ai. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. Agreement

These terms are between you (or the business you represent) and NextWebSpark [LEGAL ENTITY NAME, COMPANY NUMBER], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Limerick, Ireland (“we”, “us”). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. The service

LightMove.ai lets you build, test and run AI voice agents that answer phone and web calls. Features may change as we improve the product. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you are paying for.

3. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including calls handled by your agents.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LightMove.ai to:

• break any law, including rules on marketing calls, call recording and consumer protection;
• make unsolicited sales calls without the consent the law requires;
• mislead callers about who they are speaking to where the law requires you to say an AI is answering;
• handle emergency calls or give medical, legal or financial advice that a person should give;
• harass people, or collect data you are not allowed to collect.

You are responsible for telling callers about recording and for having a lawful basis to process their data.

5. Your content

You own your agent configurations, prompts and call data. You give us permission to process them only to provide and support the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Fees and billing

Pay as you go plans are charged per minute of call time at the prices shown on our website, plus any phone number or carrier charges. We bill monthly through our payment provider. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. [CONFIRM BILLING CYCLE, CREDITS AND REFUND POLICY]

7. Done-for-you builds

If we build an agent for you, the scope, price and timeline are set out in a separate quote. Running that agent afterwards is billed as pay as you go.

8. Third-party services

Agents can connect to services such as Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Gmail, CRMs and telephony carriers. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes on their side.

9. Liability

AI agents can make mistakes. Review your agent’s behaviour and call logs regularly. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. 10. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. After closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
