This policy explains what personal data LightMove.ai collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers our website, the LightMove.ai app at app.lightmove.ai, and the voice agents our customers run on it.
1. Who we are
LightMove.ai is operated by NextWebSpark [LEGAL ENTITY NAME, COMPANY NUMBER], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Limerick, Ireland. For account and website data we are the data controller. For call data that our customers’ agents handle, we act as a data processor on our customer’s behalf.
2. What we collect
- Account details: your name, work email, company and login details.
- Call data: audio recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, call summaries and anything callers say to an agent.
- Agent configuration: the prompts, workflows and settings you create.
- Billing details: handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

3. How we use it
- To run the service: answer calls, run your workflows and show you call logs.
- To support you, bill you and keep the service secure.
- To improve the product, using aggregated or de-identified data where we can.

4. Google user data
You can connect a Google account so your agents can work with your calendar, spreadsheets and email. We only request access when you connect an integration, and only use it for the features you set up.

LightMove.ai’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not let people read it unless you ask us to, it is needed for security, or the law requires it. You can disconnect at any time in the app or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run the service, including cloud hosting (Google Cloud), speech and language model providers, telephony carriers and our payment provider. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. [LINK TO SUB-PROCESSOR LIST]
6. How long we keep it
Call recordings and transcripts are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD] unless you delete them sooner or change the setting. Account data is kept while your account is open and for [PERIOD] afterwards for legal and billing reasons.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your personal data, and object to how we use it. Email us to make a request. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
If you called a business that uses LightMove.ai, that business controls your call data. Contact them first. We will help them answer your request.
8. Security and transfers
Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to staff who need it. Data is hosted in [REGION]. Where data leaves the EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard.
