Tools and integrations
Tools let an agent do things during a call instead of only talking.
Google Workspace
Section titled “Google Workspace”Connect a Google account under Integrations to give your agents:
- Google Calendar — check availability and create, move or cancel events.
- Google Sheets — look up rows (prices, stock, opening hours) or log each call as a new row.
- Gmail (send only) — send a summary or confirmation email set up in your workflow.
LightMove.ai only requests the access each integration needs. You can disconnect at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how Google data is handled.
Webhooks
Section titled “Webhooks”Call your own systems from a workflow step. The agent sends the details it has collected and can use the response in the conversation, for example to check an order status.
Adding a tool to a step
Section titled “Adding a tool to a step”Open a workflow step, choose Add tool, pick the integration and describe when the agent should use it. Test it with a call and check the run log to see the tool’s input and output.
